Our Commitment to you

  • We listen. We value your feedback; we see that as an opportunity to identify gaps and make relevant improvements. 

  • We are committed to doing our part to keep you safe.

  • We will continue to give the protection of our service users the utmost priority.

  • We will work closely with the local safeguarding board if we have grounds to suspect that anyone who is using our services is being abused or is at risk of being harmed. 

  • We are always keen to provide the best possible service and to keep improving as we believe that, “Quality is a race without a finish line.”

  • To do this we continually check on what we are doing, talk with our staff and with outsiders who have opportunities to see and judge our work, and, above all, listen to our customers.
